After the release of “Gravità” (June 2023), Daniela Resconi aka Scerida is back with “Infinito”, another digital single that comes ahead of the full album due out this autumn.

As she explains, the song tries to capture an almost intangible feeling: “Imagine a summer music festival on the beach: Imagine the crowd, the sweat, the noise, and then the starry night sky melting into the sea, with the moon, faraway planets and constellations glimmering on its calm waters. You’re suddenly hypnotised, in tune with cosmic infinity. Now. Here. Tonight. Forever. While the beat speeds up and your soul dances.”

Resconi, who hails from Brescia, northern Italy, formerly made music under the moniker Cara and as a member of the duo The Loud Vice. She describes her alias Scerida (which combines the French term chérie with the Spanish word querida) as “a dive into the exotic side of my imagination”. Her first 12” EP, By Night, was released on Edizioni della Notte in November 2022.
